My Costa Rica trip was off to a great start. My body’s biological clock was in shock from travelling from New Zealand to the USA to Costa Rica in under 24 hours, but the warm temps and relaxing environment helped a lot.
A stunning country, amazing bird life and beautiful terrain. I knocked off two national parks already. Can’t wait to do some bikepacking and running missions next time.
Next location: Monteverde. Arenal volcano, coffee and chocolate farm tours in La Fortuna, the Tabacón hot thermal pools, and a trip to the cloud forest in Monteverde.
