Back to Alaska after nine years

Alaska bound, to hang out with my best buddies! See you soon, Ben, Megan and the kids. The last time I was in Alaska was the summer of 2016.

Our final flight, from Anchorage to Kenai, was on a 9-passenger plane. A very unique experience! It was just the 8 of us. Mahi was super excited, and loving the flight.

Our home for the next week! Stoked to spend time and catch up with you all. The adventure has been off to a great start. We camped on the river bed and even had our own sauna!

Mahi’s first hike in Alaska!

Fall is here. Stoked to catch up with my best friends after a long time. Mahi is having a grand time!

Went on an epic and kick-ass hike today, on Slaughter Ridge Trail! The views were incredible. Alaska is truly stunning!

Fun exploring Kenai National Wildlife Refuge with the little ones!

Eagerly waiting for the rain to stop so we can head out for a hike, having coffee by the fireside. Then exploring Bear Mountain Trail! A short and a bit of a steep hike. Mahi loves her aunt Megan, and her uncle Ben.

One last epic and fun hike, on the Hideout Trail in Kenai National Wildlife Refuge. The past 8 days flew by with this amazing group. Gonna miss them and Alaska so bad!
