Made it out through Omahuta Forest and Puketi Forest in Northland tramping Te Araroa, New Zealand. One of the gnarliest trails I have ever been on in my whole life. Flash floods, crazy muddy trails, hills, roots, etc. Done with the forests for a couple of days.
Compared to the forest sections, now I feel Ninety Mile Beach wasn’t all that bad.
